Pretty tulle skirt in soft layers with elasticated waistband.

A classic gets an update here. Deep black mesh is cut in two tiers to create volume without adding bulk. Thin elasticated waistband is flattering and comfortable. Fully lined in soft jersey. The skirt can be worn on it's own with a smart top or as a petticoat with other skirts or dresses.
