Carrie Thistle Rose Modal Scarf Grey

Pretty modal scarf with pastel stripes and original floral print.

This gorgeous scarf has a story. Back in pre-covid times our designer Irena met lovely Carrie who runs the inspirational @the.thistle.edit account on Instagram. They got chatting over Carrie's whimsical drawing of charcoal roses and an idea for a fabric print was born! To make this skinny, lightweight scarf we used sustainable, soft as a feather modal fabric and to make the roses stand out added pale pastel stripes. The result is a versatile piece that can be worn in and out of doors to add a touch of cosiness to your outfits. Try it worn under the lapel of your favourite blazer.

Sustainability: Made in limited quantity in modal fabric. 

Modal is manufactured from cellulose just as bamboo, rayon, viscose and lyocell. In the case of modal, the cellulose comes from softwood trees.  The manufacturing process is closed loop, which means that the chemicals used in processing are captured and reused. The small amount discharged is considered non-hazardous. The finished textile is also biodegradable.
